For the Palo Alto First Congregational Church Community

Thanks to you, our congregation is one of the largest supporters of Fair Trade farmers among the churches and community groups in the United States that purchase products from our supplier, Equal Exchange. On behalf of the small farmers and co-operatives, we are grateful!

Place orders now through Thursday night April 9 for pickup following the church service on Sunday April 12.
Through the FCCPA Fair Trade ministry, you can purchase organic products grown sustainably by small farmer-owned coops throughout the world.  This creates access to the global marketplace, enabling the farmers, their families and their communities to be more economically stable.  There's room in every kitchen, on every gift list and in every heart for delicious Fair Trade foods.

About Us

Fair Trade at First Congregational Church Palo Alto is a ministry of the Outreach Board. We partner with Boston-based Equal Exchange to source the products we sell. Equal Exchange helps keep small  independent farmers and co-ops as an active part of the world agricultural marketplace, allowing them  to earn fair, stable incomes that are not available through multinational agribusiness corporations. We hope you will support independent farmers and co-ops to the greatest extent possible, while enjoying delicious, value-priced, organic foods. With gratitude from the FCCPA Fair Trade Team: Wes Chow, Rodney Click, Carole Eittreim, Nancy Peterson, Lynette Skelton and Linda Sodos.

We gather as a church, welcoming people of all abilities, backgrounds, ethnicities, and those who are LGBTQ+, to become more aware of the love of God in our lives and to make real that love in the world through worshiping, serving humanity, and seeking to follow in the ways of Jesus.
