These delicious organic chocolate chips are a favorite of FCCPA bakers. For you, the possibilities are endless: cookies, brownies, fudge, even an addition to pancakes. Share your favorite recipes with us and we will share with the congregation.

A short supply globally of cacao beans has necessitated unprecedented price increases. We've already raised prices on other chocolate products and now must implement a price increase on chocolate chips as well. The new price is similar to or even less than competing organic chocolate chips sold at retail. If you'd like more information on the global cacao market, including the causes of lower farm yields and resulting price increases, link here for a helpful article from our Fair Trade supplier, Equal Exchange.
