We are grateful that the excellent, organically grown Palestinian Olive Oil is now available. It is made from Nabali olives, an indigenous variety known for producing one of the world's highest quality oils. Cold pressed with a rich, peppery flavor, this olive oil can be used for cooking, baking, and dipping.

Due to climate change impacts, the cyclical nature of production yields, and especially the severe limitations the Israeli government places on Palestinian olive growers, there is a price increase for this delicious oil. We hope you will continue to support the small-scale Palestinian farmer/cooperatives in the West Bank that grow and produce the oil so they can survive and provide for their families.
