Give Stocks, Bonds or Mutual Funds

A gift of appreciated securities like stocks, bonds and mutual funds can be a great way to support our church.
 
When you transfer ownership of securities to FCCPA, you will receive a charitable deduction for the full market value and incur no capital gains tax, subject to IRS deductible limitations. 

We encourage you to alert us in advance with the details of your appreciated gift so we can properly record your donation. Your financial advisor or brokerage firm does do not necessarily provide us with your information.  
 
THE PROCESS IS SIMPLE

• Complete and send the Stock Transfer Form to your broker and to [email protected].
• Your broker will provide the transfer papers to complete the transfer.
• Email  Simone at :   [email protected],  or call 650-856-6662   and inform  Simone when you are transferring the stock, the name of the security being transferred, and how you'd like your gift to be allocated (pledge, campaign, other).
