After worship on Sunday, be sure to stop by our hospitality space, Sacred Grounds: a place for conversation, community, and art. This full-service coffeehouse includes handcrafted, made-to-order beverages and sweet treats to satisfy any craving, comfy chairs and generous tables to gather around for conversation (or a classic family board game), and art gallery space perfect for temporary exhibits.

Located in the Social Hall building, Sacred Grounds is the heart of our community, both physically in the center of our campus and warmly in the core of our bodies. At the intersection of Sunday morning activities in the Education, Sanctuary, and Embarcadero buildings, our talented baristas are skilled at building a warm place that embodies our extravagant welcome.
Special events are often held in Sacred Grounds, including open mic nights, acoustic concerts, art openings, and others. And during the church year, it is also often open for events like the spring musicals and Advent Wreath Making.
Of course, just because the coffee isn’t actively flowing doesn’t mean it isn’t still an attractive space. Nursery School parents, church friends, and many others have discovered the joy of informal drop-in space and meetings for church business, appreciating the abundant natural light and always-available hot water, tea, and instant coffee. (Hey, it is a coffeehouse!)
Stop in. We’re open Sunday mornings from 9:30-11:45. See you soon!
